Seller sold me an already redeemed code then sent a message asking if I want a refund or if I want to watch a YouTube video which will show me how to redeem the new code they would send.

Needless to say I didn't click the link.

The seller said it takes 15 days for a refund as funds are withheld from them for 15 days, is this true or should I just file the charge back already?
