Dealing with my Dad's estate. Found these...what is this and what's the value? Some kind of ivory, that's all I know.

So my brother and myself are going through my Dad's estate and came across this ivory of some kind. We are trying to figure out what they're from. Pointing me to any web resources would be extra helpful!

We didn't have a banana on hand, as there is no food in the house anymore, so chopsticks for scale.

TIA!

I have a PCI toned 95 ASE in gold border (early 2000s, I believe) Do y'all think I should crack and reslab it? Will it almost certainly get an AT flag?

I picked it up for a song, quite honestly.

Also, why does the toning on the obverse look so uneven and blotchy...As if it was swiped with something (see last photo).

It still has good color when the light catches it right, but otherwise it looks...bad. Almost like it was a cleaning solution that may have caused the front toning. I've never seen anything else quite like it. Any ideas?
