URGENT HELP - TLS not letting me upload more documents
Hi everyone,
I’m currently applying for UK citizenship through TLScontact and accidentally uploaded only one document before clicking “submit”, thinking I would still be able to go back and upload the rest afterwards.
Now the system is not letting me upload any additional documents.
I also read on the TLS website that if I use their document scanning service, they only accept physical paper documents and do not accept USBs or digital devices. The problem is that many of my documents are digital-only nowadays (HMRC tax returns, PDFs, council tax downloads, etc.).
I already emailed TLS but haven’t received a reply yet.
Has anyone experienced something similar? Were you eventually able to upload more documents, or did TLS scan printed digital documents without any issue at the appointment?
I even tried cancelling/rebooking the appointment, but the upload section still seems locked.
Any advice or shared experiences would really help.
