I’m currently dealing with a serious issue with eToro and wanted to ask if anyone has had a similar experience.
I requested a withdrawal on Friday, and since then it’s been cancelled twice without any clear resolution. And they restricted my account after the 2nd time. Support keeps giving vague responses and nothing is actually moving forward.
What really worries me is that today my funds suddenly disappeared due to some kind of “adjustment,” without any proper explanation.
I have already completed verification and submitted my personal documents twice, so there shouldn’t be any issue on that side.
At this point, it honestly feels like I’m being given the runaround, and it’s starting to concern me because these are my funds.
Has anyone experienced something similar with eToro?
Do you know what this “adjustment” could mean, and how long it typically takes to resolve?
I’m seriously considering escalating this to a financial regulator if it’s not resolved soon.
