Looking for a new housemate to join us on 6/1 for a summer sublet then stay through our next lease cycle starting 9/1 (15 months total). You’d be renting a 11’ x 10’ bedroom with a closet for $950/month. Utilities average about $150/month.
Our place is a quiet two-floor duplex, with a nice and sunny living room, dining room, entry way, and kitchen (with dishwasher) on the first floor, and 3 bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor. We have access to the full basement where there is in-unit laundry and lots of storage space and a three-car tandem driveway.
We’re about a 12 minute walk to the ball sq green line stop, a 5 minute drive to I-93, a 30 min walk to davis square, and a 6-12 minute drive to grocery stores and gyms. Living here without a car is possible, but may not be the best quality-of-life-wise.
Current housemates are two females in their late 20s and early 30s. We try to keep our home welcoming, clean, and calm and are looking for the same in a housemate. We can’t accommodate smoking indoors nor animals due to allergies.
