I (23f) got a pretty good concussion last wednesday at work. I have a prior history of concussions as well as pots which they said might make symptoms worse. Ive been having huge mood issues. Im angry, im sad, im super sensitive to EVERY slightly bad thing that happens and its driving me crazy. its at the point im having not safe self thoughts. passively thinking about getting hit by a car, taking a little too much ibuprofen, etc. ive never had this and its genuinely affecting my work performance. idk what to do i feel like im going insane, genuinely
