I have been posting documents for my workplace and this includes sending to ireland.
We have been double checking the addresses and posting with the CN23 completed online and then affixed but we have had two parcels returned to us both going to ireland. I'm wondering if anyone has any additional information that could provide support as to why they're being rejected. I can only really identify that the customs form doesn't state that the invoice is included inside the parcel - would that be enough to reject it? What permit exactly do our customers need to have? It also says on that same website that we can't post to PO Boxes so that wont make a difference.
