I need a cool-toned eyeshadow palette with colors that are light enough for pale skin. I really like periwinkle, lilac, other blues and purples. "Soft summer" shades. I like light shades, but high pigment. I put down a bright white primer first so it shows up better. I would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks in advance!
