Exhaust fan audibly and visibly wobbled, stopped, then worked like nothing happened

It was so short that I couldn't get it on video, but basically as the title reads, my exhaust fan wobbled on startup, basically stopped as if dead (even though the RGB was still on), and continued on as if nothing happened. Any explanation for this?

My components all have very large spaces and I don't see it spinning into anything else, this is day 2 and I have spotted zero issues with temperatures and what not. Thanks for the reply

Hey guys, so long story short, my younger cousin is planning to get a PS5 after finally earning stable income (for a 19y/o), and he asked me for my opinion. Since I have a PS5, I told him about some stuff that'd be helpful. Suddenly, a thought flashed through my head, "wouldn't a pc be more beneficial?".

With that said, here's the dilemma, assuming a basic PS5 bundle is about 2.4k (one controller, a game or two right?), would it be worth it assuming:

2.4k is fully put into a PC, peripherals is a second thought

OR

2.4k including some decent peripherals (mice, headphone or speaker, monitor, keyboard, etc.)

Or would the PS5 be better after all?

Before anyone asks, I don't think my cousin will use the PC for work, since he's been doing fine without one. Plus, I have both a gaming PC and a PS5 (luxurious, I know XD), so I'm not typing out of my ass.

Thanks for reading and replying!
