Stand User: Thomas Whistler(Deceased)

Name Origin: Sleight of Hand(Nathan Sharp/NWTB)

Appearance: The stand binds itself to the hands of the user, normally being completely invisible even to stand users, only able to be seen by stand users via spirit photograph or in reflections. When visible, it simply appears as an exoskeleton encasing the hands of the user.

Stand Type: Posthumous, Automatic, Bound

Destructive Capability: C

Speed: A+

Range: E, for activation range, but invisibility of action range is infinite.

Precision: A+, C when automatic.

Developmental Potential: C

Stand Ability: Sleight of hand allows any chosen action the user does with their hands to be unable to be perceived, unless it involves an object like a projectile as it only affects things directly touching the hands during that action. It can only choose one action at a time for both hands to hide the perception of. If used right before dying, the hands will carry out that last chosen action before finally ceasing.

User Biography: Thomas Whistler was originally a child street magician and pickpocket who used dazzling magic tricks to wow audiences and take their belongings. After a martial arts instructor defeated him in a battle after taking her wallet, the young man vowed that if she ever need a favor, he will be sure to fulfill it, as she spared him jail time and let him keep the cash. Years later, he died in battle with an enemy stand user while fighting alongside her students, but a final posthumous use of sleight of hand let him have his opponent be crushed along with him by their own stand that could crush bones by amplifying body pressure.

Chronomantic Regulation Division's Choux au Craquelin Cookie (TBD "OC"/AU)

The head of the TBD's Chronomantic Regulation Division, one that monitors the use of time based magic to maintain timeline integrity, this cookie may resemble a certain other magical cookie.

(Design based off dark magic hat, meant to release this during the TBD yearly event but life got busy)

The game expects too much from f2ps with certain events

As an f2p, I've noticed that more and more events in the past year+ require you to literally have everything(cookies and pets used in the event) at max for certain parts and to then play perfectly on top of that with no fails to get past certain parts of them(I'm fine with doing perfect in my run even if it takes a bit of practice, just not having everything maxed being NECESSARY for cutscenes), this was mainly an issue with the PPG event but comes up sometimes. Normally, it's only a minor annoyance, but with this latest event, if you do not have a pre maxed peach cookie and plum cookie, you are just outright punished by having to use your limited resources to level them up. Now, this is only mildly annoying, until you also have to grind up a legendary and its pet on top of this?

If you are an f2p with a life who eventually gets burnout to miss even a month or two so you don't get the cookie you don't know you will need maxed(not just boosted to say lv11 at most, but MAXED) in a later event you are just locked from experiencing the cookie run story without just using story keys, which while easy to get, should not be the case?

(I am heavily invested in the dragon saga story wise for context but I missed the initial obscure umbra event because the game said the dragon saga was over so I didn't know that means the story would continue again like 2 months later at most and I never knew I'd need to have the martial tarts cookies leveled to continue following what I consider the main story of ovenbreak. All my resources have been going to the monthly new cookies so even after I figured out I don't have leftovers.)

It's kinda unreasonable to expect players to have every cookie maxed but run no catch up for those specific cookies who had their event a long time ago.

You can only get so many crystals per month as an f2p.

And before it could be said I'm just complaining out of a place of no reason, I'm used to, you know, buying the first monthly cookie being enough to get into the event and then I can progress from there, not needing 2 other cookies maxed or near maxed except sometimes for bonus unlocks?(for context I got to stage 3 of the current event which is where I finally got fed up with this)

Before I get flamed, I love this game, this is just a lot to expect out of a player that can just manage to max out the 2 monthly epics and their pets.

Do you guys think this is a reasonable expectation? I just want to go through the event story rather than just going through it later with keys. Feel free to share opinions :P
