I have had eczema a long time and generally have sensitive skin, so I periodically get random rashes on my face. I've been dealing with what I think is perioral dermatitis in the corner of my mouth for about a month (the split in the skin keeps reopening). I also weirdly get dry patches on my bottom lip, but only on the left side where the dermatitis is? Now I'm noticing discoloration/indentation on the top lip on the same side. Not sure what is causing it as I haven't changed products, meds, or eating habits. I also sleep on my other side, so it can't be my pillow. I briefly thought it was from an ibs medication I was trying (linzess) but I've been off it for 2 weeks and seen no improvement. Should I be concerned?
