i have the latest version, after choosing a game and pressing apply on the profile i exit and the settings go back to normal.

how the fuck do u download something from github why are there so many steps why isnt there simply a download link

i7 plus 4070 laptop, and even on very low settings, excluded from windows defender, the game lags. But its not normal fps drops, its like i load in, super smooth for 5 minutes on highest setting, suddenly weird audio crackling plus lagginess. some research told me something to do with shaders, another said audio drivers or some shit. but frankly im just guessing.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

hello, i use a good vpn, but i was accidentally connected to the city i live in (through my vpn) while torrenting, i usually switch to another country.
so did my isp see what i was torrenting
