Experiencing A Panic Attack
Hey all.
A few nights ago I experienced my first panic attack. Had no idea what was happening so I drove the the er where it was confirmed I had a panic attack. Since then, my health anxiety has been through the roof and I know it’s only making things worse by overthinking everything. Nights are the worst, especially going to bed, after a shower it’s where everything is quiet and everything internal is intensified. Any pulsating feels like an electric shock very much over it. Does anyone have any coping strategies if they’ve experienced the same thing?
