I bought this off discount at a party city and I can’t quite get the ears to show properly. Kinda scared of cutting it since I feel that would make it all fall apart. What do I do? I have to have this figured out by tonight so I feel a little screwed ngl 😂

Hi yall, I recently got a bald cap and it smelled really rubbery/latex so I gave it a wash with some soap in a bowl. It is now very crinkled and sticks to everything so much more than it did before the wash. I’m afraid I might have permanently ruined it. Is there a proper way to wash it or fix this? Or do I just bite the bullet and get another one?
