Old enough to be on its own outside?

This little one crawled up into our house through a hole in the wall under our sink cabinet. Husband wants to put it back outside near a pond like asap, but I'm conflicted. It doesn't even have the sense to fully try to fight us when we approach it so I'm worried it will die pretty quickly outside unless it's a bit bigger. We called wildlife rehab places in our area. No one will take it because it's "invasive". They contacted a lady at our local wildlife safari and she may be calling us back if she can take it, but how long do we wait for that? We called at noon today and it's already 5pm with no word. It's currently not eating and I don't know how to care for it for several days or weeks until it's ready to be released. It's shown mild interest in puppy milk replacer soaked cat food, but still hasn't eaten. How old do you think it is? Does it need help going potty still?

Temps look okay so far at 3dpo?

I usually get a fallback rise or a 2nd estrogen surge at 3 to 4 dpo that drops my temp around this time but it just went up today instead. Thoughts? Does that mean good progesterone production? I'm on progesterone supplements but in the last 4 months I have never got temps this high or at least this early. Ovulation day look correct based on temp?

BBT says ovulation on 5/2, LH today says ovulation imminent? Which is likely correct? Should we BD again? I have/had a progesterone deficiency so I feel like I need to start taking it today if Ovulation was indeed 5/2. I don't want to mess up the cycle if Ovulation hasn't happened yet. What do you guys think?

I thought I ovulated on 5/2 since I got the 3 over 6 for bbt after that but can a bbt shift happen several days BEFORE ovulation? I got a +LH test today at, according to my app, 4dpo. I had another temp shift up today. Day 4 of higher temps now so did I ovulate already? Is bbt or LH more important/more accurate? What should I do in the next couple days to figure this out?
