iOS 26.4 Regression: Unable to Type Háček/Caron As Standalone Character
The "English and Čeština" keyboard no longer has a háček in the bottom right, so users who used it as a special character in passwords — separate from ě, š, č, ř, ž — are unable to enter their password.
Now, only ě, š, č, ř, ž can be typed (through long presses), but:
- C followed by ˇ is different from Č.
- Previously, it was possible to type ˇ outside of standard orthographical contexts; you could type ˇ after k, for example. Now, this is impossible.
