Hoping someone here has used the H2O Audio Tri 2 Pro Multi-Sport with Playlist+ because I’m losing my mind with this thing.

I can actually get past the earlier “switch to memory mode” problem and get to the loading screen. The app acts like it’s loading music successfully.

But afterward:
- the tracks in the library just show up as “00001,” “00002,” etc.
- when I hit play, there’s no sound
- USB memory in the app still shows 0.00GB / 0.00GB
- sometimes the loader screen says “BT no connection” even though BOTH the app and my iPhone Bluetooth settings show the device as connected
- device page says connected
- firmware is already up to date

So I’m confused whether:
- the files are failing to transfer correctly,
- the storage isn’t mounting properly,
- the device isn’t actually entering memory mode,
- or Playlist+ just isn’t working correctly on iPhone.

Has anyone successfully used Playlist+ on the Tri 2 Pro and actually gotten music to load/play from internal memory? If so, what exact steps worked for you?

OMG I FOUND HIM!!!! He somehow got into backyard and climbed into a bamboo thicket and got totally stuck behind several stalks.

If you live nearby, could you please check garages, sheds, side yards, crawlspaces, under decks/porches, bushes, and security camera footage? If you see him, please do not chase — he may be scared and hiding. Or…actually he’s really sweet (despite psycho first photo) so I think it’s ok to approach slowly with body low, and pick up.
