I’m coming from a Shiny Snake L300 which is a great case in its own right, but I wanted to get better thermals than what I achieved there. Enter this air cooled Lian Li A3.
I followed this guide that another user put on here about optimizing the thermals in this case and it's worked really well. The noise level is nothing crazy while both the GPU and CPU run cool. The best part is that I have yet to try the fan duct for the PA120SE, so I’m looking forward to seeing what it can do!
I'm mainly posting this so that anybody wondering if a GPU that exceeds 334mm can fit with a 150mm PSU in this case knows that it is possible, though I wouldn't exceed a PSU greater than 150mm.
The Parts:

CPU Cooler: Peerless Assassin 120 SE
Motherboard: Asus ROG Strix B650e-i
SSD #1: Crucial T705 4tb

Thermals Under Load:
Note: I undervolted the 9950x3d per core and did a modest undervolt + overclock on the 5090.
Multithreaded R23 saw a max temperature of 80.5° C and scored 44910.
Furmark saw a max temp of 56°C on the chip & 57.5° C on the junction with 70% fan usage.
Steel Nomad scored 15551 averaging a GPU temp of 51° C.
Time Spy scored 32624 with CPU at an average of 59° C and GPU at an average of 46° C.
