Just wanted to put this out there so people are aware. I ordered Amul milk from Zepto today and it was clearly contaminated/adulterated. I found foreign objects/ worm like infestation inside—some kind of threads or white strands. I have no idea what it actually is, but it’s definitely not milk. It’s disgusting and dangerous. The worst part? I contacted Zepto and they basically shrugged. Their response was that they "only delivered it" and they would "take it as feedback." No accountability, and no concern that they are sending out contaminated dairy. How can we trust these platforms if they take zero responsibility for the safety of the food they bring to our doorstep? I obviously can’t feed this to my family, and now I’m out of money and milk. Please, please check your milk before you pour it or boil it, especially if you’re ordering through Zepto.
