AITA Kicked Out of a Bar
AITA for getting kicked out of a bar after refusing a drink I didn’t order?
Last night I went to a bar with some friends. I walked up and ordered a vodka redbull from the bartender. Instead, he made me a vodka rockstar. I told him no thanks and asked if I could just get a coors light instead because I didn’t ask for a vodka rockstar.
The bartender immediately got pissed off at me and said he had already poured it. I told him I didn’t order that drink. I wasn’t trying to argue so instead of continuing the conversation I just walked away and went to a different bartender at another section of the bar and got myself a Coors Light.
About 3 minutes later, three bouncers walked up to me and told me I had to leave. I didn’t make a scene, said okay and walked with them. When I tried talking to one of the bouncers about it, he basically just told me you can come back tomorrow we’re just enforcing the rules.
Edit: I think it’s good information to add that this bar runs a promotion where you pay $12 for a wristband and get free domestic beers and wells from 10-12. I tried ordering the vodka redbull at around 12:10, right after the promotion ended. The bar was extremely busy from 10-12 and not many people tip during this.
