I’m on day 5 of the 1.5 pill. The food noise really has gone away, it’s a miracle. I haven’t had fast food since I started nor have I wanted to. And the meals I’ve eaten from home, I can’t eat the whole plate. It’s kind of a strange feeling. Like I read all of these experiences beforehand so I was well aware of these effects but actually experiencing it myself, it’s just so bizarre. I have time to think logically and do productive things since I’m not obsessing over the next greasy snack….
I hope this continues and isn’t just a short lived or placebo kind of thing.
I do need to work on creating a plan to get enough calories and protein in. I don’t think I’m actually eating enough evidenced by headaches and mania when dinnertime rolls around. Open to suggestions, what do y’all eat during the day? Specifically during a work day???
My sick thinking is telling me I should be 5 pounds less by now which causes me some feelings of hopelessness and frustration. But logically of course i know weight loss takes time and consistent effort.
