I found out the hard way but I haven’t purged in a week!
Plan something for lunch or before you plan on a binge that includes something spicy or citrusy. If you purge later, you’ll know about it.
Also it’s helped me to stop binging and purging as I eat copious amounts of mandarins atm and I am terrified of that repeating on itself.
Just a little tip to help stop that purging habit. Also eating citrus helps curb that sugar fix I find I crave for a binge and keeps me satiated.
