I have a 2016 civic with 167k miles. I just noticed a drop of thick oil on the floor in my garage. I dropped the pan to see if there was a leak from the oil filter or drain bolt. nothing and the dip stick is plenty full. instead it looks like this suspension component is leaking? I’m not sure what it is but this oil like fluid is pooling at the bottom of it.

I have a T14 Gen2 that my IT dept had given to me instead of sending for recycling. The top of the lid is quite bowed inward and I the whole lid assembly is largely repairable. I found this part on eBay which matches the part number from Lenovo for cheaper. What I haven't been able to deduce - can that top of the lid be replaced without fully disassembling the machine? It looks like the plastic shell screws into the hinges without having to dismantle too much..
