Advice on lower back excercise
I have recently started calisthenics as a way to build strength (weight lifting isn't that fun for me). I also have some lower back issues that will be alleviated with increased strength and flexibility. Unfortunately I can not work my back excessively or else it can hurt too much and cause other problems, so I need rest days often.
What are some good, low impact, low strain, lower back targeted excercises that I can do on rest days to gain strength faster?
Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated.
