Can’t register the AT&T business account for my wireless number

I’ve been dealing with this issue since February 6th, when I transferred my numbers from T-Mobile to AT&T, and honestly, I deeply regret agreeing to switch to AT&T.

The sales representative at the store signed me up for an AT&T business account, saying it would give me a better deal. Unfortunately, that’s exactly where all the problems started.

Ever since then, I’ve been stuck in an endless loop trying to create and access my account. Whenever I try to register through the AT&T website or app, the system tells me to use Premier because I supposedly have a small business account. But after verifying my identity through Premier with my email, mobile number, and FAN PIN, I receive an email saying that small business management has moved to myAT&T for Business and that I need to create a myAT&T user ID.

When I follow the link and try to create the user ID, it sends me right back to the same registration page again. I literally cannot get past this loop.

I’ve contacted customer service multiple times, and nobody has been able to solve the issue. Every representative just says they will open another ticket, but nothing ever gets fixed.

To make matters even worse, I was promised a $700 gift card when I switched to AT&T, and it never arrived in the mail.

At this point, the entire experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Can someone please help resolve this situation?
