So basically I had tfcc Injury 8 months ago from padel training it was partial tear and I've done physio therapy and rehabilitation and went to different doctors all agreed that my condition is now great and is not worth to do any surgeries for a slight discomfort every now and then specially If my hand is pointing down and outwards (not very used range of motion).

They advised me if I will do any kind of training I should take it gradually with hand support so I did some kickboxing 2 years ago I'm still very beginner and would love to pick it back up as it made me feel great physically and mentally just wondering did anyone came back to kickboxing after this kind of injury that can share his experience and maybe some tips for this specially that I will just train I won't do any fighting maybe light sparring also the injury is in my dominant hand.

I also feel like the wraps gloves kind of gives support and protection to your hand and wrist (correct me if I'm wrong)
