I'm looking for one or more occasional cleaning buddies. We can message each other when we feel like cleaning. Sending pictures is hugely motivating for me. Before and/or after.

For example, tonight or in the next couple days I'd like to get my apartment back to it's clean state. At the same time, I regularly have cycles when it's not so clean. Sometimes I'd rather clean up on my own, but other times it would be nice to have someone to work alongside or check in with.

Hi, i'm looking to build a consistent sleep routine. I'd like to work with individuals preferably in the same time zone, but may not be necessary.

i have a sleep disorder and am working with mental health challenges. I have started to build a night time routine and a wake up routine.

In the short term, I would like to work towards consistency in carrying out a routine even if my day to day sleep times change. (Although, i'm looking for consistency in a schedule too). In the long term, i would like regular sleep times and a schedule.

I've noticed i tend to do best around people who value:

  • Interest in self care and health
  • Self awareness and reflection
  • Perceptive
  • Problem solving /solution oriented thinking
  • Healthy, strong communication
  • Consistency and built in accountability
