I do not watch Boruto (I have only watched the first movie), so I am not sure whether this question is even valid.

The question being can Shisuis Kotoamatsukami affect any Otsutsuki?

as a reminder (from the wiki)
Kotoamatsukami - allows the user to enter the mind of any individual within their field of view, and manipulate them by giving them phantom experiences, making it seem as if they were doing things of their own free will.^([1]) It is regarded as a genjutsu of the highest calibre, due to the victim being completely unaware that they are being manipulated.^([3])

^(It really is broken and if its prowess would have been written better then it would be ggs (atleast in naruto not boruto))

Hey everyone, hope this kind of post is okay here,
I am genuinely looking for input, not trying to sell anything.

I've been looking into how creators find colab partners and from what I can tell it mostly comes down to either scrolling through social media and cold DMing people, or going through an agency that takes a cut.

Both seem problematic.
Cold DMs are hit or miss, you don't know if someone is legit or at a similar level, and there's no easy way to filter by location or niche.
Agencies solve some of that but you're paying 10-20% for what is essentially a matchmaking service.

I'm a developer and I've been thinking about building a platform that's basically just a verified space where creators can find each other for collabs. The idea would be something like:

- Verified creator profiles (linked to your OF/Fansly account so no catfishing)

- Filter by location, niche, and what kind of colab you're looking for

- Messaging built in so you don't have to move to another platform

Nothing fancy, just solving the discovery and trust problem.

Before I build anything though I want to make sure this actually solves a real pain point for creators (since I am only a lowly developer lol) and isn't just something that sounds good in my head.

So a few questions if you don't mind:

- How do you currently find colab partners?

- What's the most frustrating part of that process?

- Would you trust and use a platform like this, and if not, what would hold you back?

- Is there anything you wish existed that would make collaborations easier?

Would really appreciate any honest feedback.
If the consensus is "this already exists" or "nobody would use this" that's genuinely useful to hear too.

Also my DMs should be open so if you want to talk about this further lmk :)

Thank you in advance!
