I tried posting earlier, but I didn't get my annual Schwab bonus. I asked Schwab, they pointed me to amex, i asked amex they keep point me to schwab. I've been going in this circle for a few weeks now. My annual fee was paid on Dec 9th. I am just confused as to who actually issues this? Maybe there's an issue on Schwabs end, but Amex actually provides the credit.

Anyone ever have issues? Who do you call? I called amex 2 months ago after not getting my Nov Bonus. They told me I needed to wait longer. Well now it's been 6 months. I recently chatted with Schwab, they told me Amex handles it, now I am talking to Amex, from the number on the back of the card, and they are telling me it's Schwab.
