Life is hectic and I don’t always eat like I should so I’m thinking a multivitamin might help fill the gaps. But there are so many options I have no idea which is worth it.

What do you guys recommend? I’m looking for one that can really improve day to day energy or focus and is easy to take.

Energy slumps, brittle nails, and hair that refuses to cooperate have been impossible to ignore lately, and it feels like the usual supplements aren’t doing much. I think I need a supplement that really makes a noticeable difference in overall wellness.

What multivitamins have worked for women over 30? I need honest feedback on what’s actually worth taking and what’s just hype. I’m trying to find one I won’t forget to take every day. TIA!
