EDIT: Thanks to everyone for your thoughts. We're older people, haven't bought something like this in a while, and times change as to the best way to buy things. Best advice: "It's just a commodity." But I truly appreciate all of the thoughts. Thank you.

We've realized that we need a new dishwasher, ours is beyond repair. Has anyone had a particularly good experience with any of the local appliance stores that offer delivery and installation? I'd love to go somewhere where one of my neighbors was treated well rather than starting with wherever Google says is closest.
