I ordered this camera from what appeared to be a camera store in China, and 14 days later it hasn't been shipped (at least I assume so). Maybe tracking only shows when the item is in the US? Anyways, here is the timeline:
- Camera ordered on April 21
- No update on shipping by April 28 so I tap 'contact seller' and see a FAQ section which states items will ship within 10 days
- I message on April 30 to ask if it will be shipped soon and get the response seen on photo 2
- As of May 5th the camera still hasn't been updated
Do I request cancellation and order another one? Do I wait and see if it arrives and if not submit an 'item not arrived' once May 15th hits?
I ordered this camera as a birthday gift for someone (May 2nd birthday) and it is already quite late, so I'd rather not have to wait again for one to ship but I'm not sure what to do here. The message sent by the seller makes it sound like the camera has been shipped and is just taking a while to arrive, but eBay makes me think it hasn't even shipped yet
