Is anyone else having issues with FedEx tracking recently?

My package was shipped with Priority shipping, but the standard FedEx tracking still only says “Label Created”. However, when I open the detailed shipment information on desktop, I can literally see the full journey:

• pickup in the US
• airport scans
• arrival in Amsterdam
• customs release
• “Out for Delivery to Connecting Line”

It even shows which flight the package was on.

What makes it more confusing is that FedEx support still tells me they only see “label created” in their system, like hello its here?? :/

Has anyone experienced this before where the normal tracking is completely wrong/outdated while the detailed scans still show movement? And how long did it take before your package actually got delivered? For an express deliv im waiting such a long time now..
