I (M34) am looking for a new roommate for my fully furnished apartment I rent. It is in Bayside Queens, located 5 min from the LIRR which can get to the city in 22 min.

The place is a 3 bedroom with 1 room being an office, you get your own detached but private bathroom and a large walk in closet. Utilities (elec & gas) plus internet is $100-200/mo/per depending on the weather

The place has all hardwood, is on the 2nd floor, has solid wood furniture, a balcony, ample parking, and a yard - I also have most of the streaming services already.

I work from home with my own full time chemistry tutoring business and I am looking for a roommate who is relaxed and is okay with a cat and is green friendly/tolerant.
