Hi some months ago i found a pretty good deal on a used desktop pc, it seems to be a very discrete workstation PC an HP Z1 G8 (that i got for 550€) it includes a 11th Gen Intel I7-11700, 16GB DDR4 3200MHz, 512GB NVME Gen3 SSD and a RTX 3070.
It’s a pretty good 1440p gaming machine, i have been pretty happy with the perfomance, recently i played though Resident Evil Requiem with Raytracing on High (With DLSS of course) and it was an awesome experience.
But there was something i noticed was that both the CPU and GPU temps were a little high, still “fine” im guessing but pretty high, GPU at 100% usage normally is around 81°-83°C and the CPU at around 78°C.
The main problem im guessing its the case, which has no holes, and just a small fan.
So i got a new case a Corsair 4000D Airflow, and i want to transplant the pc to this new case but there are some other components that im still missing, first need a new motherboard (cause this one is an extremely limited and not normal case compatible one) that supports 11th gen which is being difficult in Portugal, a new air cooler which its easy to find and a new power supply which im probably gonna go for a Corsair RM750e, but the biggest question that i have is how i could connect it to my graphics card which seems to be an HP Founders model with twelve pins (it comes with a sort of adapter but im not sure how it works or what cables should go there).
Any help would be amazing thank you!
Sorry if im not the most clear in the post english is not my native language
TL;DR: I’m not familiar with my HP RTX 3070 that come with a used workstation computer, i wanna buy a new PSU and im unsure what cables to plug it in
