Advice

So .fare working at cracker barrel is going kinda decent . But I kinda don't like it at the same time . The place I host at . Is a bar and grill . And the vibe fits me so much better then cracker barrel. Cracker barrel just doesn't suit my vibe . And I keep getting in trouble for how I hold my trays . My drink trays I hold up high using a part of my shoulder to help balance it and take weight off my wrist . That's how I was taught by the girls at my hosting job and that's what feels more comfortable to me . I carry my food trays the same way . And the food trays at cracker barrel are smaller and square. And they want us to hold all are trays down low . Witch kinda hurts my wrist because of how heavy those can be . And to be honest . Im making shit money . My ever since I hit the floor iv been making anywhere from 30 to 40 dollars . The only time I almost hit 100 was on mother's day where I made 91 . I told the girls I work with at my other job and they keep telling me I need to find a new restaurant. Or I need to go work at the coltens stake house in my area ( coltens is a restaurant chain of stake house for those who don't know. They are known to hire underage servers . The servers who are underage just can't run liquor they have to have someone of age do it and I can't serve at my hosting job because they want all there servers to be of age to run there own liquor) iv tried coltens but they wanted to hire me as a host not a server and at the time I didn't have serving experience. And cb . They have like 50 servers and iv been only getting scheduled 2 or 3 days a week . My plan was to leave cracker barrel after a couple of months after finding somewhere else . But at the same time .I don't want to be a restraunt hopper . I really need to be at a place where I have the opportunity to make better money . I'm just needing some advice on what to do

I'm posting here because I don't really have anyone to talk about this with . But iv been going through a kpop conspiracy deep dive. And one conspiracy theory I found was that the group twice aren't allowed to leave jyp because jihyo knows to much about the company's secrets . And Another one I found was that Irene from red velvet is allowed more freedom because she knows alot about her company's secrets. And the last one I found was that fans used to think that Irene wasn't human. And that the group loona prays to the devil . And the last theory I found was that the aespa members are robots . I did find these on tiktok . But I'm curious to why there are so many theory's like this . And I wonder if people make them up of if there based in facts with evidence to support it. I know these theories are fake . But I still wonder how people came up with them. I'm curious to hear what the members of this subreddit think .

So for my hosting job I went ahead an bought a pair of sketcher slip ins ( slip resistant) and iv been wearing them for a while and even though I did put a pair of soles in each shoe . My feet where still hurting by the end of each shift . Saturday I had traning ( running food) for my serving job at cracker barrel and my feet were still in pain . And after I went to my other job my feet were still hurting . I bought a pair of wallmart slip ins ( slip resistant) shoes that were similar to my sketchers and I'm gonna see if they hold up good and hurt less . But dose anyone have any good shoe recommendations? I want something affordable but I can pay extra if there pricy . I just need something that is affordable and won't leave me in pain after standing on my feet for hours . Please give me some recommendations
