Heroes 3 is Fantasy all the way.
Knights, wraiths, dragons, wizards and so on. The lore stating it as aliens is terrible, change my mind.
Therefore I can't seem to undestand why sci-fi and tech should be brought into the game, when it leans so heavily into magic and fantasy visually.
I know someone will say that forge is canon, but it was scraped so...
Also if sci-fi is the name of the game why not go more that route than dragons and genies.
To me the thing about the lore, making it so is a crap argument.
Like when Uno stated the rules say you can't stack +2, i think most agree we got it from here. So when there are faries, centaures and spells, then Sci-fi can suck on Hydra balls
