I used to play CSGO back in the day and through the ranks pretty much almost every team would at least like, give some info or something after they died.

I started taking this game seriously 4 weeks ago (i played mostly during Beta at the time) and i'm surprised/disappointed at how many games i get without teams saying a single word the entire game. I just assume they don't have a mic (which kinda sucks but it's totally ok), but in the end when the game's over, they say like GGs or some shit (through the effin' mic).

Is this something i should be expecting or am i just getting "unlucky"?

For the ones wondering, i'm DIA 2 rn and playing in European Servers (mostly London and Frankfurt)
