I’m hitting a wall looking for a western show that has a main character who is a gay man. I watched Captain Laserhawk: A Blood Dragon Remix and was…disappointed. A lot of squandered potential with that one.

I’m not in the mood to watch something aimed at children, but I don’t mind expanding my search to anime. The Summer Hikaru Died was an absolutely delightful trip.

Content I also liked that is not limited to LGBT representation: Invincible, Devilman OVA, Ghost in the Shell SAC, Serial Experiments Lain, Adolescence of Utena, Akira, Redline, Shin Cutie Honey, Golden Boy, and the DCAMU

I’m probably asking for too much, but I might as well ask!
