In process of getting bids for asphalt roof replacement . I’ve heard that prices have just gone up 5-10% and expected to increase 10% in June. Roofer called and said he just spoke with his distributor and they are expecting even more increases. All said and done it may be 30% in the next few months. Is this what the community is hearing ? He wants to get me locked in now and just want to confirm this isn’t a sales tactic. I think he’s just being transparent
