Hi cat community!! Back home we live in the “back woods” and have a lot of ferals that we TNR. 2 of them, a boy and girl, the vet didn’t believe were feral (they weren’t chipped) but believes they may have been dumped. In December we took them inside and they the sweetest kitties. The girl has never fully returned to her fully outgoing, lap sitting, nonstop attention wanting self after going to the vet to get her shots in January.

Fast forward, I moved states in February and obviously brought them with me. I now live with my boyfriend. My boy cat is fine and likes him, but won’t come sit with me/us if my boyfriend is on the couch. My girl cat is like scared of him almost?? She runs away when he goes to pet her, if he’s around she runs away from me too, just doesn’t want to be around him. When he isn’t around they will lay on me on the couch and she comes up to me and purrs and wants pets. Sometimes in the morning she will go up to him for pets but only for a second and of course when he’s giving treats she will go to him. She was fine with my dad at home, my boyfriend is a lot taller than my dad though.

He loves them and wants to bond with her so badly. We both respect her boundaries of course. Has anyone had similar happen??

Hi, I moved here a few months ago to be with my boyfriend. I stayed with the same company and transferred, my job being social work (associates degree). The closest location of the company is in MD. I thought I’d be okay but driving over an hour to and from work and then working FT has taken a toll on me both mentally and physically, I’m having bad flare ups constantly.

Right now I think the best option would be a WFH job..

Does anyone know of any work from home jobs hiring?

Thank you in advance!!
