My Ex who dumped me after a week wants me back
I met this girl and we fell for each other really quickly, we are both pretty obsessive people and so we have similar personalities love wise. We made things official and I couldn’t have been more happier. After multiple girls love bombing me, I felt I had finally met a girl who genuinely wanted me. We ended up spending the whole week with each other and things were all good but then on the first night we weren’t hanging out she broke up with me.
I was shocked and her reasoning practically came down to “you’re too good for me I’ll just mess things up”. I was really hurt and completely thrown off but within the same night she ended up regretting her choice. She said that she was overthinking and made a decision without a clear mind and so she wants me back. I feel like I need to have some self respect or something and tell her no but I still love her and felt so perfect in her arms, I can’t help but want to chalk it up to a mistake in a very possibly long and positive relationship. What do you all think?
