F23 What actually helped reduce my hair fall?

I was oiling regularly, using a mild shampoo, not heat styling. Still losing way more hair than felt normal.
Went and got basic blood test done. Turns out my Vitamin D and Iron were both low. Classic.

What I did after:
1)Started spending 20 mins outside every morning for natural sunlight
2)Added more iron-rich foods like spinach, lentils and seeds
3)Started a Biotin and Multivitamin combo from Carbamide Forte to cover the gaps
4)Switched to a sulfate free shampoo using Mamaearth's Onion shampoo which a lot of people recommended
5)Reduced washing my hair daily to every alternate day
It's been about 2 months. Hair fall has visibly reduced. Not zero, but nowhere near what it was.
If you're dealing with this, get bloodwork done first. That changed everything for me.

I thought feeling tired every day was just normal

For the longest time, I thought I needed a perfect routine which includes perfect diet, perfect workouts, perfect everything.
But realistically for me personally that never lasted.
Now I’m just doing normal, doable things:
1)Eating ghar ka khana more often
2)Moving a little daily for atleast 30 minutes most probably in nights only after 10,instead of planning intense workouts
3)I also started taking few supplements like Calcium Tablets which is from carbamide forte, it was just as a small backup for days when my meals aren’t that balanced. As i have to got to office daily, so sometimes i am not able to get proper nutrition from my meals.
4)Started using a simple desk setup change like an ergonomic chair from Green Soul to avoid that constant tired posture while working

Nothing fancy, nothing extreme.
Just trying to be a little better than before, that’s it.
