I genuinely never want to purchase another product from them. I bought my X1 Carbon back in August of 2024. I get I’m like 8 months out of warranty. I bought it off of Newegg but it was sold and shipped by Lenovo. Sorry for the rambling. My windows key is not activating (refer to picture). They won’t do anything because it’s out of warranty. I had it on Ubuntu for awhile but now I need it on windows for school. What kind of company is this lmao. Sold me a product with an invalid key and they won’t do anything.
