Need some advice on what to do with this idiot that continually parks over into my mother’s disabled parking space. My mother (owner of the grey SEAT) has a blue badge which is always on display, she has this parking space outside her house and the person in the black Vauxhall continually parks over the lines into her space. She has mobility issues so needs to be able to open her door fully to get out. If she reverses into the space she can’t get into the boot because of the hedge. I don’t think it’s an enforceable disabled parking bay. She’s had to park right over next to the line to get out of the car and she doesn’t like to park so close to that side because it’s a walkway and is worried about people potentially brushing past her car and scratching it. She also has anxiety and depression so direct confrontation with the owner of the car will massively set her off. What should our next steps be?
