Hello,

I've been having this issue for a while but now I'm trying to actually fix it. I couldn't install 24H2 when it first released due to this issue and now it seems, despite the posts I've been seeing of Microsoft removing the blocks from EAC affecting this update, I still cannot install it or 25H2.

I've attached an image of the error I'm seeing when I try to install 25H2 (error code: 0xc1900209). I've updated my BIOS and I've tried uninstalling all the games I own that have EAC (Overwatch and Marvel Rivals) and I'm its still not working. I don't know if it's helpful, but my specs are below:

OS: Windows 11 Pro (currently on version 23H2)

CPU: Intel Core i5-12600K 3.7 GHz 10-Core Processor

CPU Cooler: Corsair iCUE H150i ELITE LCD 58.1 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler

Motherboard: MSI MPG Z690 CARBON WIFI ATX LGA1700 Motherboard

Storage: Samsung 980 Pro 250 GB M.2-2280 PCIe 4.0 X4 NVME Solid State Drive

Storage: Samsung 860 Evo 1 TB 2.5" Solid State Drive

Storage: Seagate BarraCuda 2 TB 3.5" 7200 RPM Internal Hard Drive

Video Card: EVGA FTW3 ULTRA GAMING LHR GeForce RTX 3080 10GB LHR 10 GB Video Card

Power Supply: EVGA SuperNOVA 850 P6 850 W 80+ Platinum Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply

Thank you for any assistance.
