Not the first time but this is the longest its lasted so turning to reddit. From reading through the sub it seems like most people have constant pain/issues whereas mine come and go so wondering if same thing
Right now id say my symptoms are painfulish urethra. I say ish because I dont know that id call it pain , its just more like a feeling. Almost like I constantly have to pee/a post ejactulation pee feeling/kinda oddly ticklish. I do frequently have to pee. Id call my penis super flaccid right now, not sure how else to put it other than its permanently in its most flaccid state. Lower back is sore and got anl charlie horse in my calf. Also a weird feeling in my bladder/right above my pelvis bone.
I thought maybe I had a uti so took a test but not the case.
I have had this before but normally resolves in 24 hours on its now. This time not so much.
Im losing my mind! Any help/thoughts are greatly appreciated.
