I'm an incoming grad student and not very familiar with the area. Is it safe enough for a female alone?

Specifically wondering about any roach problems, if management is good, or any other details anyone might have.

Looking at living here next year and wondering if anyone lives there or knows anything about it they can share? I can't find any reviews online.

Especially wondering if they have issues with bugs!
