Director in product. What skills should I pursue?
Like most of you, I’m scared.
I’ve been exceptionally fortunate and successful in my career and not burnt out yet so I would like to continue for at least 5-10 more years.
I currently lead a team of PMs in a Fortune 50 company that’s leaning in HARD on AI.
I myself am highly analytical but not technical. Heavy user experience focus. Great at ideation and solutioning but not architecture, I partner effectively with my tech team for that.
What are the best courses and skills I should invest in learning and why? If you have links to courses (even paid) you’ve done and recommend, please include.
