Hi everyone! I’m currently looking for opportunities with healthcare and non-clinical VA agencies and transitioning from the BPO healthcare industry into the VA space.
While I don’t have direct VA experience yet, I have 3 years of healthcare support experience handling Medicare and commercial medical, pharmacy, and dental accounts. My background includes insurance verification, benefits and claims support, provider coordination, CRM/documentation, HIPAA compliance, customer support, and de-escalation.
I’m interested in roles such as Healthcare VA, Medical VA, Admin Support, Insurance Verification, Patient Coordinator, or Customer Support VA. I’m highly trainable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with multiple systems in fast-paced environments.
